If you enjoyed the re-release of Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (MvC2) back in 2009 for the Xbox Live Marketplace and PSN, then you'll probably be pleased with this bit of news. You may see more Marvel classics remade.
A member of the Capcom-Unity forums asked if the following games would see a remake: X-Men: Children of the Atom, Marvel Super Heroes, X-Men vs. Street Fighter, Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter and MvC.
Capcom's Senior Vice President, Christian Svensson responded:
"We've gotten this request a number of times in the past. I know there's folks who like to collect entire series or like to know where their current favorites come from. We'd have to work out new contracts with Marvel for these, so that's a hurdle but I'll bring it up in future conversations."
