Street Fighter x Tekken: Speed Gems (Video)

Capcom (via Event Hubs) has uploaded a video showing the difference in Zangief with and without the speed gems in Street Fighter x Tekken (SFxT). The SFxT gem system has caused confusion amongst gamers since the day it was announced. Are these gems overpowered or is it something you can deal with?
