1.4 million sales.
To many game companies, scoring that number is considered a success. For Capcom, however, it's not the news they wanted to hear.
Back in November 2011, Capcom predicted Street Fighter x Tekken (SFxT) would hit two million copies. The company blamed lack of major titles for dropping from $522 million in 2010 to $375.1 million in 2011.
While SFxT certainly has time to reach Capcom's expectations, the company admits that sales have lagged. Bad press from locked DLC before the game was released may have attributed to the lag in sales.
