It looks like Katushiro Harada's stance on fighting games on the PC isn't going to change. He still believes PC gamers don't take much interest in fighting games.
If you expected Katsuhiro Harada to warm to the idea of fighting games on the PC, you're going to be disappointed. Last week the Tekken producer said it "seems that many PC gamers (aren't) interested in fighting games."
The community on the PC version of Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition 2012 (AE 2012) alone could do enough to persuade otherwise, but not to Harada. He still feels putting fighting games such as Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and SoulCalibur V on the PC isn't a smart decision.
Here's his retort to a fan with a different viewpoint.
"NOT WRONG. Most important thing = It seems that many PC gamers (aren't) interested in fighting games RT
In-depth stuff!
Fernando's POV: I'm not sure what Harada is basing his opinion off of. Perhaps it's the history before AE 2012, but since that game was released it's as easy to find a match-up as the console versions. Not to mention top players such as Alioune Sensei frequent the PC version. Harada needs to explain his reasoning or PC gamers who do play fighting games will have some heat with him.
