The latest Skullgirls DLC character has been revealed. Say hello to the chair wielding Beowulf.
By God, a steel chair!
The second go-around of Skullgirls DLC character voting has come to an end. Forget the shark in the lab coat, the man with a steel chair has reigned supreme. Beowulf has emerged as the winner of the poll (via Skullgirls' official Facebook page).
While Annie and Minette were considered the favorites, Beowulf poses unique concepts such as using his chair as a shield among other effects. The concepts and gameplay inspirations can change, but the ideas were enough for the character to nab a spot on the roster.
Beowulf will join Squigly, Big Band, Robo Fortune and Eliza. Saltgirls not included.
