Today (June 16) Street Fighter producer Yoshinori Ono announced his resignation from a director position at Capcom Vancouver. This is the same studio that has worked on the Dead Rising series. As of now, Ono is still working for Capcom as a Corporate Officer and Head of Consumer Games Development (via LinkedIn).
Ono followed up his announcement by tweeting out his reasoning for leaving the Vancouver studios. Here's what he had to say:
I had take some time, I think over very carefully about next things. I'd like to watch TV for Brazil World Cup before thinking it! :D

Back in March 2012, Ono was hospitalized with exhaustion being the hinted cause. Later that same year, Ono expressed his displeasure with how Capcom handled the situation. It's possible that Ono left his position at the Vancouver studios to take a bit of the load off.
